My motivation

This Movember, I’m taking part to stand up for something that matters deeply — men’s health

Too many men are fighting silent battles. Whether it’s physical health challenges like prostate or testicular cancer, or the often unseen struggle with mental health, it’s time to bring these issues into the open.

I’m doing this because:
• I believe in supporting men’s health in all forms.
• I want to encourage men to speak up about mental health — because real strength lies in honesty and connection.
• I want to remind everyone that there’s always someone willing to listen. No one should ever feel they have to face life alone.
