My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm proud to be joining them once again.
This cause is incredibly close to my heart. Over the years, I have lost both family members and close friends to suicide. Every loss is a reminder of why we must continue to raise awareness, encourage conversations, and let people know they are never alone.
This year, I will be taking on the MO SISTA 60km Challenge on 7th November, walking and running 60km in one day to support men's mental health, suicide prevention, and the important work Movember does.
My hope is that every step helps start a conversation, breaks down stigma, and reminds someone that they matter.
I would also like to sincerely thank the amazing local businesses that have generously sponsored my 60km Challenge. Your support has helped bring the MO SISTA campaign to life, and together we are raising awareness, encouraging connection, and showing our community that mental health matters. I am incredibly grateful for your generosity and belief in this cause.
If you're able to, I'd be so grateful for your support. Whether it's by making a donation, sharing my fundraiser, wearing a MO SISTA shirt, joining me for part of the walk or run, or cheering me on at the finish line, every act of support helps make a difference.
