My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

Mental health in men is an issue that many are not comfortable talking about, even when it is about themselves. As someone who has experienced mental health issues on my own, with also having worked with my direct family members for suicide and other mental health related issues, I understand how big of an undertaking it can be just to seek the smallest amount of help.

Cancer is also a big motivation, specifically prostate and testicular cancer for the many men out there that suffer. My family has suffered from cancer directly, with my mum surviving ovarian cancer when I was still in High School, and it has made me realise just how much the disease can take away from people. As someone who is not only at a higher risk to get cancer due to my genetics, I believe it is something that should have much more awareness simply due to the emotional damage that it causes to families, and the people it tears away from you that never deserved such a suffering.

I will be shaving off all of my facial hair, which has been growing and upkept for 4 years now. During the month of Movember, I will be up keeping the moustache and styling it as it gains length.
