My motivation

This year, I’m I’m moving, 60km for the 60 men that die every minute due to suicide, for every person who’s ever felt overwhelmed, unheard, or unsure of how to ask for help. I’ve seen how stress and silence can take a toll, and I believe in the power of small routines, honest conversations, and community care to make a difference.

Movember is more than a moustache. It’s a movement for better mental health, suicide prevention, and early cancer detection. I’m here to raise awareness, spark change, and remind others that strength includes vulnerability, and asking for support is a sign of courage.
