Mental health and suicide prevention

I want to help create a world where men don’t feel ashamed or “less manly” for asking for help. Too often, men stay silent when they’re struggling, and I want my son to grow up in a world where reaching out for support is seen as a strength, not a weakness, where talking about mental health is normal, and where every man feels safe to speak up.
