Every day, 7 men take their own lives in Australia and around 79 Aussie men are diagnosed with prostate cancer.

This year, I’m shaving off the beard and growing what will likely be a very questionable Mo (despite my wife’s strong objections). I’m doing it as part of Elston’s Mo-vement team, joining an incredible group raising awareness and funds for prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health, and suicide prevention.
