My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

My initial intention to do this was honestly selfish. I was going to shave off everything to take better care of my skin after having a beard for five years. However, I thought I would turn this moment into something selfless and raise awareness for men's health. Being a male who has turned 35 I am becoming more aware of the need to access men's health services as I age, so I'll use this month coming as a reason to promote avenues for men's health for myself and others close to me.

Every day I will be doing sit ups. I will start with ten, then add one for each additional day of November. By November 30, I will be doing 40 (totaling 765 for the month).
