Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

Movember is my way of showing up for the men in our lives who carry more than they let on. The ones who lead businesses, raise families, support communities; and often do it silently, without asking for help.

Through Co.Lab, I’ve seen firsthand how stress, isolation, and burnout affect men in business. They’re expected to be strong, stoic, and self-sufficient, but that narrative is costing us. It’s costing them.

So this Movember, I’m flipping the script. I’m not here for the moustache. I’m here for the momentum. For the conversations that don’t happen enough. For the outcomes that matter - mental health, emotional wellbeing, and sustainable support.

Mo.Lab is about advocacy, not aesthetics.
It’s about creating space for men to be seen, heard, and supported, where vulnerability is often mistaken for weakness.

This isn’t just a campaign. It’s a commitment.
To better outcomes. To real change.
To redefining what support looks like; one story, one conversation, one community at a time.
