Mens health often gets overlooked, I'm definitely guilty of just brushing off a Doctor's visit for something as simple as a check up.
So I think it's about time that all of us blokes start getting a bit more serious about our health.

This is my first Movember and my wife and most of my mates have never seen me without a beard, so I thought I'd jump into the first of Movember and give it crack. Unfortunately I can't grow the iconic 'stache but what I can do is start some conversations about Mens health. It's a terrific cause so please help me to stop men like us dying too young.
