My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Through university into my working life I've seen male colleagues struggle with living up to the image of being 'the man'. Unwilling or unable to ask for help they try to do everything until they reach a point where they just can't cope anymore. Some of the impacts have been life altering, others less so.
I'm fundraising to help improve mens mental health and prevent others experiencing the shock of a colleague no longer being there.
