My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

I'm pumped to be doing Movember this year (after a few years off!). I'm a big believer in getting alongside and building up men in our world, and helping them improve their health. It's something I have been professionally involved in for the last 15 years. Having also journeyed through my own mental health struggles, and that of my wife as well, the importance of mental fortitude and strength in men, cannot be understated.

Healthy and stable men, husbands and fathers - are key to supporting a thriving family unit and society. Men need to be built up to bless women and children. They need to be encouraged to access health care, including mental health services, and even just community, to help them be the best they can be, and not walk alone.

Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, running on razor thin margins, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence, having no hope. The fact that we lose a man every minute to suicide is catastrophic and terribly sad. Help me contribute to stopping men dying too young. Its happening right under our noses, and more needs to be done about it.

This year, I'm going for my biggest, most hairy and audacious Movember fundraising goal to date - $2500. I'd so appreciate if you'd donate to support me as I take on this campaign!
