Prostate cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

I've struggled with my mental health at times in my life, but have been extremely fortunate to have a great group of friends and family who have been there for me when things haven't been going so well. Unfortunately, not all men have such strong support networks and many are not given the tools they need to deal with mental health issues. Men are less likely than women to seek and receive professional help for a mental health problem, and are far more likely to die by suicide.

A lot of people are trying to shift the culture around mental health taboos and get men to be more open about their feelings, and Movember is part of that cultural shift. I'm proud to be making a contribution in whatever small way I can.
