Wow, I've had a bloody great year, and life is fantastic for me. But I do work in an environment that highlights what can happen to you if your mental health REALLY suffers. Plus, the amazing people I work with are a testament to the resilience that is possible when faced with the ordeals that life can throw at you.
I feel truly blessed, and if I can help others overcome some challenges that they may be facing, then job done!
