My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

I have been growing a moustache every November for the last 15 years because I've seen the effects of mental illness. Mental health is a BIG problem!

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men.

Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence.

The Movember Foundation is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030. Help me stop men dying too young.
