I’m up for the challenge of helping change the narrative around men’s health. This month if you donate $60 or more to me, you get to choose a “Daily 60 Challenge” for me to complete.
That’s right — you pick it, I do it. It could be something fun, ridiculous, or physical — think ice baths, push-ups, karaoke, fancy dress, or something for my move challenge. Let’s make it memorable and raise some money for a good cause while we’re at it. Have an open conversation with the men in your life about their mental and physical health.
