My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

So it’s that time of the year again, when we cherish the almighty moustache and raise awareness for men’s health. In year that affected us like no other, we’ve all experienced COVID-19 differently and it as affected us all differently.

After shaving my beard off, I’m feeling pretty naked and exposed, however some us inside have had that feeling all year. So please check on your grandfather’s, fathers, uncles, brothers, brothers from another mother and your workmates to ensure they are going ok!

Well Movember is nearly at its end, but as it comes to a close its a time to reflect and remember the reason why we grow the mo. As we raise awareness around issues that affect Men’s Health, I think it’s important to realise these are all preventable! This Movember we have lost 468 men to prostate cancer, testicular cancer or suicide alone. These issues can prevented, hence my passion for supporting this cause for the last 8 years!!
