My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

This Movember, I'm doing it my own way.
I've made a couple of Growmitments:

✅ Attend two psychology sessions
✅ Donate blood or plasma

For me, this is about taking positive steps for my own health while hopefully helping others along the way.

Mental health can still be a tough topic for a lot of blokes. If being open about seeing a psychologist helps make that conversation a little easier for someone else, that's a win.

And if I can help save a life through a blood donation at the same time, even better.
