For those still here, why?! I'm glad you are though.

Last post for this Movember, take care of yourselves and everyone around you, whether you know them or not. Taking the time to check-in with someone might save their life, or someone else's. You may never know the positive impact you had, but you will have a positive impact, somebody is always looking up to you.

Have fun!

We are nearly done, 5 days to go, only because the 1st of December we will show our Mo's off at work.

Well, one week to go and I just made it halfway on my activity goal, and most of that has been in the last week.

I have a big thank you to Anonymous for the massive donation. I wish I could thank you personally.

I am grateful that Movember has been the kick in the arse I needed to start exercising.

You would think that those with ADHD would use the natural drugs available to assist management, exercise, diet and sleep, but then again, starting tasks and finishing tasks can be hard for us too.

Here is my photo after my walk this morning.

Day 17: Itchy as expected, and I've actually got my ass moving with exercise two days in a row and this morning I went for my first job in a couple of years. I am motivated to keep moving, so let's see how we go.

I also had a close family reminder to tell you all that annual checkups with your GP are essential.

The earlier you get odd things checked out, the better chance you have of sorting it safely.

Here's another photo, because I will likely forget to post one tomorrow...

Also, Jacobs spent some time a little while ago and created One Million Lives, a place to check in and get some good guff on your mental health.
