My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

Having lost my brother and best mate to suicide, being a Prostate cancer survivor and having had a near death experience in 2019 I realise how important both good physical and mental health is.
We can do a lot for our health as individuals but it is great to get some assistance along the way and this is where Movember comes in.
