My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

Men's Health issues are very close to home for me, and it was only through the BeyondBlue website, and speaking with my health professionals, that I was able to start talking about my grief and depression after the death of my young wife in 2007. I've also had a number of bumps in the road, especially in the last few years.
That's exactly the idea behind Movember, to get men talking, to get them to have that health or prostate check they have been putting off, and to bring Men's Health issues to the forefront.
I'm a mental health first aid practitioner, advocate and want to again use the shave down and Mo-Grow as a talking point around Men's Mental Health.
