Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

I'm raising funds and awareness this Movember for mens health.

Mens mental heath is an important topic for me, especially relevant when working in an industry that can have high pressure levels and long hours.

I encourage everyone to go to their GP for a checkup and to talk about what health risks are most likely for someone their age.

I'm always approachable for a chat about mens health.
