My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

It’s 2022!! I’ve been actively talking about men’s mental health for nearly 15 years and even though much progress has been made, so much more needs to happen.

What I have noticed most is the chat happening in organisations from HR and Management around how they ‘support’ people with any mental health challenges and then hear the stories direct from people that believe their mental health issues are weaponised by these very same organisations against the sufferer.

My focus for this year is to make people aware that employers/organisations are bound by law to provide a safe workplace. This doesn’t just focus on hard hats, safety boots, hi-viz and witches hats.

Safety in a workplace includes being and feeling mentally/psychologically safe.
