My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. And even more particularly in those in the LGBTIQ community.

Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Or feel that they are not OK with who they are.

Movember has an amazing aim to reduce rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030.

And I admire that they fund not only the support services that provide direct mental health support - but continue to fund campaigns to stop discrimination and promote acceptance in the first place.
