My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. The Movember Foundation is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Sadly it was all too late for my Dad who took his own life aged 55 back in 2001. Help me stop great men like my Dad dying too young!

Day 3 of Movember and TGIF. I'm starting to get a 5 o'clock shadow which bodes well for a bit of manscaping over the weekend and the "shaping of the Mo". Still time to get involved and join the team or donate to the cause.

Day 2 of Movember and started the day with a bike ride into work. According to Google (so it must be right), a morning workout is a lot like breakfast in that it gets your metabolism going. Simply put, you burn more calories all day long just from the sheer fact of exercising in the morning. So if you're like me and have been grazing in a good paddock over the winter months (some would say I have been grazing in a very good paddock), get out and do some exercise, you will feel better for it!
