Day 1 of Movember in support of men’s health. For me it’s important to not only raise funds for the programs that Movember Foundation, support but the messaging - get tested, get talking and ask for help if you’re struggling.

Movember - Day 9
A big thanks to those of you who have supported me so far this Movember. The Mo is progressing well, I'm going with the "handlebar" look again this year. Still not too late to donate.

A fabulous way to end Movember with a morning tea to celebrate the BisMos efforts. We managed to raise a further $386 so thanks to everyone who attended and made Movember such a fun one.

Day 22 of Movember and I am very happy with the progress of the Mo. It is quite challenging having to manicure the Mo on a daily basis, but it's all for a good cause at the end of the day. The rest of the BisMos team is doing well too, so keep those donations and messages of support coming. Thanks

Day 7 - Melbourne Cup Day and getting into the spirit of the day. Sadly no winners today, but great to watch the race and see C Brown win on Rekindling. The Mo is starting to grow nicely

Day 7 of Movember and the Mo is starting to take shape. I'm thinking of the Merv Hughes handlebar, so let's see how things progress over the next few days.

Day 3 of Movember and TGIF. I'm starting to get a 5 o'clock shadow which bodes well for a bit of manscaping over the weekend and the "shaping of the Mo". Still time to get involved and join the team or donate to the cause.
