My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

The Movember Foundation is a fantastic cause, raising funds and awareness for some vital men's health issues. Men's health issues often take a back seat to some of the big-ticket causes and so it's great to have a specific campaign to bring awareness to and raise funds for those issues. 2023 will be my 15th Movember campaign and I'm excited to do my part.

This year my mo is going more primal: a classic biker mo. The sort of mo that wants to ask you: "Have you donated to my Movember campaign yet? By the way, which is your favourite kneecap?"
