My motivation

Fundraising for cause areas including:

Men's health

I have friends and family that have dealt with depression, anxiety, cancer and other major issues. My aim is to remove the stigma around the sharing of your physical health, mental health, current mood etc.

Find a trusted person and tell them how you are feeling, and share your worries about your health/life/relationships. You'll be amazed at how much better it is just to have a trusted ally who is there even just to listen. They may even be able to offer help or guidance or share an experience of their own.
