Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

This Movember is personal. I have friends who are prostate cancer survivors and friends currently in the fight. Their courage inspires me to act. I'm raising funds for the Movember Foundation to help tackle prostate cancer, testicular cancer and men's health. Help me support the men we love.

Here's the deal this year: I'm committing to 10,000 metres every day this Movember - Run,Ski,Row (or even stair master). But here's the twist; Your donations directly add to my next days distance! For every HKD$1 donated today, I will add 1 metre to tomorrow's workout. Donate HKD$500? I'm doing 10,500m. The pain is real, and the motivation is huge. Let's see how far we can go together.
