My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

I want to expand the discussion, knowledge and fundraising for men's health of all kinds. Increasing awareness and conversation around depression, anxiety and suicide is incredibly important as well as encouraging not only men, but those that have men in their lives to seek pre-emptive checks for cancer and other possible health risks.
After the passing of both of my parents, I struggled for quite some time with my own mental and physical health and I hope by completing this multi-day trek of EBC I can raise both critical funds and awareness for men's health issues.
