Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Help me stop men dying too young.

Hi family, friends, and community,
As a "17 Year Mo Bro" and who has helped fundraise $4,697 since 2004, I am BACK this year as Movember MO BRO and will be doing Movember 2025 in support of Movember Australia!

I won't be doing the "GROW A MO" challenge this year, but will be doing the "MOVE FOR MOVEMBER" challenge ("Commit to running or walking 60km over the month, at your own pace. That’s 60km for the 60 men we lose to suicide each hour, every hour across the world.") as well as the "HOST A MO-MENT" challenge ("Rally a crew and do something fun and easy. Hosting is all about having a good time for a good cause.") AND will also be doing the "MO YOUR OWN WAY" challenge ("Create your own challenge – it can be anything. A gruelling test of physical endurance or something else entirely. Your epic efforts will help change the face of men’s health.").

#Day2 of @movember 2017! Great first #Yoga class today (for month of yoga for Veterans), as part of my #MOVE challenge, courtesy of ASMY @yogaandmeditation #WestEnd -- it was a great 1hr long Yoga Adan Hatha style class tonight.
