Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Just over five years ago, after being a part of a Premiership Side, during the course of that night I heard some very devastating news about an individual that lost their life through the bastard of Black Dog. They were 16 years old.

The individual was known to a lot of people. To attend a funeral of someone that lost their life and being purely numb is something that is never lost on me.

To go from a celebration in the afternoon after a great win to then feeling numb and walking out later that night and early that morning is something that is never lost on me. And how it can change so quickly and in an instant.

And to lose someone to suicide that helped me through a difficult patch also puts things truly into focus and perspective.

Always look after yourself, your own mental health and know there are support lines to assist. Always.
