My motivation

Fundraising for cause areas including:

Men's health
Prostate cancer

That time of year again where I like to do something very little to raise awareness to all aspects of men’s health.

I now have a daughter and she’s my world so I need to look after myself a little better. So I’ll be doing the 60km running with her all the way in her pram.

My father passed away in Aug 2014 form prostate cancer. So I’m going to go and get my self checked out this month. Hopefully encourage others to make sure they are ok too!

Just doing my bit so if y’all wanna donate you can. If not it’s cool, just make sure you’re looking after yourself.
