Mental health and suicide prevention

This year marks my 16th year proudly supporting Movember, and it holds special significance as I dedicate it to my incredible dad, who we recently lost to cancer.

Supporting men’s health has always been important to me, but this year it feels even more personal.

As part of my Move challenge, I’ll be taking on the mighty Point to Pinnacle, the world’s toughest half marathon. That’s 21 kilometres, 1,270 meters above sea level, all the way to the top of Mount Wellington in Hobart, Tasmania.
