raised $5,827 since 2009
My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

Having seen the damage caused by suicide, losing friends to cancer, & been haunted by the black dog myself for a number of years I'm supporting Movember to help break down the walls of stereotype... men don't cry, never cry into your beer, harden up.

Its ok to let your walls down, its ok to say I need help, & its ok to not be ok.

great message Ant. Mental health still doesn't get all the attention it needs, and to be able to say "No, I'm not ok, and I need help.", without even knowing what that help looks like.

I’m backing your Movember effort not because I think your mo will look good, but because men’s health matters more than your upper lip.

The things that drive my passion not just Movember but anything that helps with mental health awareness. Yesterday saw the addition of new in that couldn’t have more meaning to it BPD2 is a scary beast & supporting your most loved one through initial diagnosis to trying to change daily habits to better support a healthy mind, sometimes as Shaun Tan writes “Nobody Understands” - The Red Tree
