My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Its come time again that I remove my mask and share to the world my real face. I want to show other men that they dont have to hide behind their masks and try to carry on like theres nothing wrong. On average men have only 1 person in their network that they are able to talk to about this topic, let that sink in thats on average. Some men feel like they have no one. I want to give those men a voice and to inspire them to be brave to speak up when they are not ok, that is one of the strongest and bravest things you could ever do. It completely ok to be not ok.
Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.
