As a wise man once said, “every man deserves a little bit of luxury.”

Yes, I’m referring to a moustache.

Whether it’s a whiskery-wonder that screams self-confidence. A ticklish lip-topper that makes coffee taste sweeter. Regardless of type, they are each their own unique identifier that tells every person you pass, “I’m changing the face of men’s health.”

Everyone has been impacted by issues associated with men’s health, whether it be mental health, prostate and testicular cancer or other health issues.

Over the last 5 years I have lost close friends to a battle they have fought alone, against themselves. Often the people you think are doing really well, who you are really close to, are hiding their true feelings out of a fear of shame. By giving up my upper lip to this dirty moustache I hope to raise awareness to this issue, and call out that it’s ok not to be ok, and that as men, we need to get better at talking about our feelings.

I’m really hoping to raise money to assist with the care and treatment of those men who face mental health challenges, and shine a light on the magnitude of the crisis we as a world find ourselves in.

GLOBALLY, ON AVERAGE, 1 MAN DIES BY SUICIDE EVERY MINUTE OF EVERY DAY. That’s 1440 deaths a day, globally. 10,080 deaths per a week, 40,320 per a month or 524,160 deaths per a year. These statistics are scary, and avoidable.
