My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

This cause is deeply personal to me. I’ve faced my own battles with mental health, and I’ve lost childhood friends to suicide—men who were kind, strong, and loved, but who felt they had to suffer in silence.
For a long time, I was one of those men—‘toughing it out’, bottling things up, and believing that vulnerability was weakness. It’s not. Speaking up, seeking help, and supporting each other is strength.
Too many of our brothers, fathers, and best mates are dying too young. Movember is about changing that. I’m growing the mo to raise awareness, to honour those we’ve lost, and to help build a future where every man feels safe to speak up and seek support.
