Friends, family, colleagues, and acquaintances It's on again. I'm embracing this face disgrace for the benefit of MOvember and Men's Health.

As a nurse, Men's Health and cancer awareness are important to me, and with close family and friends suffering from Mental Health conditions and depression, this always hits closer to home.

For your viewing pleasure, it'll again be a styled event, and family, children, and playground friendly.

There are no staggered targets this year, it's all in balls in.
The target.. $2000 BIG ONES!!!
The pledge... 100 pushups each day, and for the sickos, a back, sack AND crack wax!! (please God no)

MO Bros and MO sistas... This is the last week... It's filthy, it's vile, it's unconstitutional, and it's a weird chlorine green, but it represents $2450 towards MOvember in the fight against suicide and prostate cancer. A worthy fight. Thank you again to everyone who has donated, remember to watch this space for the waxing next week. I'm seriously at the point where imminent relief is outweighing the dread of the wax!! Crikey!!! thanks to some outstanding early donations (one of whom is anonymous.... I will find you, and I will thank you!) we have already hit the $500 target!! Thank you thank you THANK YOU!! However, this does bring us just a few scared whiskers away from a waxing!!
