My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

Ten days in hospital in 2009 made me realise that men are pretty much useless looking after their health.

The no nonsense approach of Movember to address men's health holistically appealed to me, so later in 2009 I took up the Movember challenge to raise awareness and funds.

This year I've unfortunately lost mates to suicide and cancer, so I'm back again for Movember 2024, raising funds and awareness on behalf of my friends and family who have gone through testicular, prostate and other "men's issues", alongside the mental health issues that too many men struggle with.

Together we can make a difference for men's health, for the men in our lives and the boys growing into men - help me stop them dying too young.
