When I don’t feel like getting up early, knowing I have a mate getting up equally early to ride with me gets me through that initial negativity and out the door. It is always worthwhile

Last Saturday I rode the Grand Ridge Road Audax mixed terrain ride. It was one of the most spectacular rides I have undertaken and pretty challenging. Along the way I had some great conversations with other riders about Movember and why they cycled. There were a variety of reasons but all acknowledged the importance to their own personal mental health and wellbeing

Happy Movember team. Day 1 of my grow a mo and move Challenge of riding 1000 km for the month. I’m in London, which means I’ve got to make the most of the gym - thankfully good bikes. Good luck, have some fun n and save some lives!
