Hey all,

Off we go again for year number 12. And we're back for some more punishment.

From 8am Saturday 15 Nov to 8am Sunday 16 Nov @ New Farm Park, I’ll be running 6.6 km every hour on the hour for 24 hours, representing the 6.6 Aussie men we lose to suicide every day.

Having lost a couple of friends to suicide - Rob "Rocket" McCarthy & Riley "Robbo" Robinson - and supported close family members and mates through poor mental health, this is a cause I'm very passionate about. It's also why I've been a vocal Mo Bro to help spark conversations on mental health and reduce the stigma surrounding it.

Would love to see a couple of familiar faces across the 24h at NFP, whether it's for a chin wag or a lap.

So, men, let's stop suffering in silence cause a problem shared is a problem halved. Talking about it makes it real and actually helps you to solve them.

Even if your brother, dad, unc, cousin, mate, says that they're okay, keep checking in on them. 'Cause you never know if one day too, they're putting on a brave face behind that smile.
