Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

This year, I'm taking part in Movember for a couple of reasons.

#1. conversations.movember.com
- Gender-based violence is preventable. Men and boys have an important role to play in building respectful relationships, challenging harmful behaviours, and creating safer communities. Conversations about respect, consent, and healthy relationships need to start early, and we all have a responsibility to be part of that change.

#2. movember.com/mental-fitness
- Men's mental health remains a critical issue. Tragically, three out of every four suicides in Australia are men. Too many men are struggling in silence, and too many lives are being lost. We need to continue breaking down stigma, encouraging people to seek support, and investing in prevention, early intervention, and connection.

I believe, with organisations like Movember, we can create a healthier, safer future for men, boys, and our communities.

But the month of Movember is about more than growing a moustache. It's about starting conversations, raising awareness, and funding programs that help men live healthier, happier, and longer lives.

That's why I'm getting involved this year, and I'd appreciate any support you can give.
