With one Mo Sista shining in champion’s light.
Together they grew more than lip-bound hair,
They grew hope and courage beyond compare.
Each dollar a promise, each smile a spark,
Lighting men’s wellness through mornings dark.
From Mackay’s greens to Movember’s stage,
They have turned concern into timeless courage.
Seventy-nine thousand, five hundred and more,
Raised not for glory—but care at the core.
Since twenty-eleven, unbeaten they reign,
Year after year, through grit and rain.
No trophy could measure the hearts they have inspired,
No scoreboard could capture how deeply they have wired.
So here is to the team—the legends, the crew,
Who remind the world what good men can do.

Movember’s last sunrise hums low on the lip,
Thirty days of tickle, itch and quip.
Coffee cools while razors wait in rows,
Honour in the stubble, courage in the growth.
Today we count the brothers still in the fight,
The ones we lost quietly, alone in the night.
For every hidden grief behind a practiced grin,
This month we have worn a question mark on skin.
Each whisker was a whisper: “Mate, you alright?”
A tiny lighthouse on a tired face at night.
Convos in the lunchroom, check-ins in the car,
Reminding every bloke his storms do not make him scar.
So here is to the Mo’s—patchy, proud or thin,
