Movember is a charity that provides funding to over 1,250 projects across the country with an aim to promote awareness and understanding of mental health, prostate cancer, and testicular cancer.

Each of these health factors contribute to the reason as to why men will die, on average, 4.5 years less than women. But it doesn’t have to be this way.

We’re getting involved with the Movember challenge to promote conversations across the project about the importance of mental health, prostate cancer, and testicular cancer. We hope to promote open conversations and give individuals on site the necessary tools to spot signs about their own health.

Across the month, you can grow a moustache, run or walk 60 kilometres, or take on whatever epic challenge you want. The main thing is that we want as many people as possible taking part, in whatever way works for them!
