The Movember Foundation has joined forces with some of Australia’s leading active events.

MOVE for men's health
The Movember Foundation has joined forces with some of Australia’s leading running events and is challenging Mo Bros and Mo Sistas to dust off those runners, double knot their shoe laces and pound the pavement to raise funds and awareness for men’s health. 

Traditionally the Movember Foundation has challenged men to grow moustaches during Movember (the month formerly known as November), to spark conversation and raise vital funds for our men’s health programs. Now we’re throwing down an additional challenge – MOVE. 

Being active is one of the best things you can do to improve your general well-being and mental health, so it's important to MOVE on a regular basis. Being active:

• Helps prevent or manage depression and anxiety
• Improves your general health and wellbeing
• Reduces your risk of heart disease, diabetes and cancer by up to 50%
• Lowers your risk of early death by up to 30%

So show your support for Movember and your health by committing to MOVE at one of the following events – you’ll also be helping us raise funds and awareness to change the face of men’s health. It’s win-win.
