I'm not a huge fan of running or pumping weights at the gym so I find boxing the most beneficial and challenging exercise for me. Sy and the team at William St Gym alway's push you to your limits at the same time as teaching you the intricacies of boxing!

What a month we've had so far raising money for Movember and along with it awareness for men's mental and physical health.

It's something near and dear to us here at
Up There and Lower Grounds, so to raise over $34,000 for such a good cause has been amazing to say the least!

Thank you to those of you that have dug deep and donated in any way shape or form over the past month your donation means a lot to us and we're grateful you could spare the time and the money to do so.

To those of you who haven't had a chance, never fear there's still time to do so. Every dollar counts, so get on it!

November is around the corner and that means the Up There team will be shaving off our beloved beards and any facial hair we have grown this year in the name of men's health for Movember.

We've got some good stuff going on this month to help raise awareness for men's health, so dig deep and help make this month a good one!
