In support of a Men's Health, GCC's goal was to complete 500 laps to support the Movember cause.
We put our best foot forward. Leading the charge was 3 Repairs & Maintenance members committed to running longer than just the 1.5hr we set aside to do our laps, completing 268 laps between them. Shout out to George Langrell, Brendan Irons and Jason Kilner.
After our prestart the rest of the GCC team (35 employees) while in their PPE completed an unreal total of 539 laps bringing the final count to 807.
With GCC donating $10 for every lap.
Thank you to all that came out and participated in our cause, and also all that have donated.

The Team at GCC wanted to achieve over 400 laps of the town Oval.
They achieved this on 16th November 2024 with 35 employees taking to the Oval after prestart and completed a collective total of 527 laps.
Well done team.

The support the GCC team has received to date for Movember Foundation Australia is amazing! In just ONE day the GCC team has raised over $1,500 ... which meant that carpenter Jai MacKenzie shaved his beard off tonight. A big thank you to Lee’s Hair for assisting with all the beard trims and to everyone who came down to support such a good cause ... and of course thanks to all the GCC staff who are participating in Movember!
