Morning fellow MoPeople!
#MOVEmber update week#2:
1. The facial hair growth situation is slow, but steady. A colleague found me on Thursday arvo, incognizant, happily playing with my tiny chin hair. Gents, I see why you do it now.

2. I also may or may not be part of a secret team that has vowed to "MOVE" 50 pieces of furniture around the office, without anyone finding out. So far, I don't think people have noticed that the meeting room might have an additional fake plant attendee, or that the laundry basket in the shiploader crib room may or may not belong there.

This week’s update is dedicated to Testicular Cancer. Did you know, Testicular cancer is the second most common cancer affecting men aged 18 to 39? Yeah, That young!!!
Testicular cancer is a highly treatable cancer and can be effectively treated, and often cured, if diagnosed and treated early- i.e. if you are proactive, you might catch it before they need to remove your gonads!

I have shared a “very PG13 flyer”. So, ask the young, busy Supermen in your lives to take the time to check themselves!

Have a happy, healthy weekend!

Charlotte Diaz: I walked 3 km

Day 2: trying to start a new routine of walking to work. It’s such a nice walk past Kings Park and a good opportunity for a bit of mindfulness before starting a busy day! Today I was lucky enough to be joined by my now beardless man and my MIL
