Our Motivation

1 in 2 young people in Australia have had, will or are currently living with mental health challenges. The darker side of this is that around 3,000 people die a year in Australia from suicide. That’s 8 people a day, one every 3 hours.

We're doing this to have better conversations about mental health in a place where we commit a majority of our time - at work.
