As a club, we are made up of sons, dads, brothers, uncles, boyfriends, husbands, grandfathers & mates, and it's up to all of us to ensure our community knows men's health, both mental and physical needs to be held in high priority.

As you can see it’s a Mo struggle as I reach day eight, but that’s ok Rome wasn’t built in a day and I wasn’t expecting a Merv Hughes like mo anyway !!

Hello everyone, all shaved down and ready to gro!
I know that it will be a struggle for me to grow a decent Mo, but not nearly as much of a struggle as Men’s Health Issues have become over the years.
That’s why I have joined the Wanderers Movember team to raise awareness.
