Ross Slater: I ran 6.5 km01:05:00

So slow, but it was hot, and my and my son were talking about stuff (he rode alongside). Warhammer, D&D, Raiders, flies and heat, people commenting on your performance while you are trying to perform, and a new principle that deserves eponymous appellative, like Zipf's law, stating that the frequency of someone's unkind actions is directly and inversely proportional to their rank on the table of buttheads. That's some heavy social science right there people!

Ross Slater: I ran 21 km02:49:51

The last seven were super slow. Listened to three Michael Kiwanuka albums and a bit of Ziggy Stardust. But I did manage to then back it up for dancing at 88mph last night, after a short sleep in the bath.
